Harold, watching over cameras, decides to interview Danny in person and is convinced he is who he says he is and interested in his claim that he can defeat “The Hand”. Meanwhile Ward goes to see Colleen to see why Danny called her, and offers her money to sign papers that will help put him away for good, she shuts him down, too, and then decides to go see Danny anyway. He has her deliver some M&Ms to Joy, which convinces her he’s actually Danny Rand.

Harold orders Ward to move Danny someplace safe, but Ward is tired of taking orders and tries to have him killed instead. Getting punched and kicked lets him focus enough to summon his Iron Fist powers, defeat his attackers, and punch a hole in the wall to escape the asylum.
